Mindfulness Meditations

Sherly Sulaiman teaches meditation and conducts group hypnosis regularly at our Santa Monica facility, New Stress Relief. She also teaches mindfulness and guided meditation at Unplug Meditation. She facilitates various workshops around the world including programs with Friends in Service,  a non-profit co-founded by Sulaiman to give back through community service projects.

Meditation can help you improve your focus, calmness, clarity, awareness, productivity, creativity and general wellbeing. It has also been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, pain, blood-pressure and reactive depression. All levels of meditators are welcome. Sherly’s regular mindfulness meditation class is held on Fridays at 10:30 am at Unplug Meditation.

Mindfulness for Actors




Discover what it means to truly be “in the moment” and overcome emotional barriers and mental challenges in your craft and in your life. Our monthly Mindfulness for Actors Meet-Up provides a safe space for you to your-asthma-info.com how to overcome nerves and self-doubt at auditions or at work, while connecting with your self-worth at all times. Each session will include a customized mix of meditation, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and group hypnosis. A donation of $20 is suggested, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
