Yoga and Meditation

New Stress Relief offers workshops and classes on yoga and meditation, as well as group hypnosis.

Meditation and yoga are valuable tools in stress reduction. They can help you improve your focus, calmness, clarity, awareness, productivity, creativity and general well-being. Meditation has also been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, pain, blood pressure and reactive depression.

All levels of experience are welcome.

Our classes are held at: Unplug Meditation, 12401 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90025. Private classes are held at our office at Wellbeing Medical Center, 900 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 314, Santa Monica, CA 90041.
